At Enable Mothers, all of our clients are vetted to ensure that they can take on remote work positions. We begin by discussing their goals, past accomplishments, and assessing their technical skills and business acumen. Through donated equipment, we will ensure that each woman is provided with the proper physical tools, including broadband internet, to succeed in their respective fields.

Utilizing the support of our volunteer teachers, counselors, and mentors, we will help our clients cultivate the necessary skills and confidence to enter the remote workforce. They will also be assisted with resume building and interview preparation.

Upon completion of their instruction, our clients will be prepared for careers in fields such as transcription, editing, indexing, data entry, virtual assisting, translation, insurance, tax preparation, researching, political surveying, and customer service. Now that most corporations understand the viability of remote positions, we will partner with companies who will pledge a portion of their entry-level positions to women from Enable Mothers. This will empower our clients to achieve financial independence while providing a nurturing environment for their families. We will also encourage our clients and their new employers to provide feedback to ensure a mutually beneficial arrangement.
